consulting, workforce strategy, compliance advisory, leadership development, staffing, and
related advisory services. Information on this website is for informational purposes only
and does not constitute legal advice. A client relationship is established only upon execution
of a written agreement.
2. Use of Information
Information is used to provide contracted services, respond to inquiries, manage client
relationships, process payments, and improve operations. We do not sell personal
information.

MyHRLane, LLC. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without

4. Payment and Refund Policy

terms. Retainers and project-based fees are non-refundable once services commence. Late
payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

providers are contractually obligated to safeguard information.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared under a signed agreement is treated as confidential in accordance with
contractual terms. Submission of information via the website alone does not create

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHRLane shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Total
liability shall not exceed fees paid within the six months preceding the claim.

9. Arbitration Clause
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or services shall be resolved through binding

Association. The parties waive the right to trial by jury.
