The Daily Habits of Leaders™ A Behavior-Based Leadership Development Program by MyHRLane Leadership is not a personality trait. It is a system of repeatable behaviors — practiced, reinforced, and applied every day. The Daily Habits of Leaders™ is a structured, 4-session program built around 10 core leadership competencies and powered by Everything DiSC®. Each session is designed around real workplace challenges, not theory. Leaders leave every session with one clear behavior to apply immediately in their current role. What the Program Covers Session 01 — Communication and DiSC Assessment Review Improve clarity, listening, and team alignment Session 02 — Motivation, Delegation and Follow-Through Set clear expectations and address performance early Session 03 — Accountability and Team Performance Build responsibility, creativity, and commitment across your team Session 04 — Trust, Adaptability and Decision Making Make consistent decisions under pressure What Changes After the Program Leaders communicate clearly and consistently. Cancellation Policy
1. Program Overview The Program is a 4-month, cohort-based leadership development experience consisting of in-person training sessions designed to build leadership competencies and daily habits. Participation requires full engagement and adherence to all program expectations. 2. Payment & No Refund Policy All program fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: • Scheduling conflicts • Withdrawal from the program • Dissatisfaction after program commencement • Failure to attend sessions • Change in personal or professional circumstances 3. Employment Status If a participant is terminated, resigns, or transitions from the sponsoring organization, no refunds will be issued. Substitution requests prior to program start may be considered at Company discretion. 4. Transfers & Substitutions Registrations are non-transferable once the program has begun. Requests prior to program start must be approved in writing. Approved transfers remain non-refundable. 5. Cohort Cancellation If the Company cancels a cohort due to low enrollment, participants may transfer to a future cohort. If declined, a full refund will be issued. This is the only circumstance under which refunds are granted. 6. Attendance & Certification Requirements Participants must attend 100% of sessions and actively participate. Failure to meet these requirements will result in ineligibility for certification. 7. Intellectual Property All materials are the exclusive property of MyHRLane. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes. 8. Recording & Use Participants may not record sessions without written consent. MyHRLane reserves the right to record sessions for internal or promotional use. 9. Code of Conduct Participants must engage professionally and respectfully. MyHRLane reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive behavior without refund. 10. Non-Solicitation For 12 months following completion, participants and clients may not solicit or hire MyHRLane staff or contractors without written consent. 11. Limitation of Liability MyHRLane does not guarantee specific outcomes. Participants are responsible for implementation. 12. Agreement & Acceptance By enrolling, participants agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
